Supervisor Training School at Zoe – Jayanca

With enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to keep growing, we launched our Supervisor Schools at Fundo Zoe, located in Jayanca. At Agrícola Andrea, this initiative is part of our commitment to the continuous development of our leaders, strengthening their management and leadership skills to face the challenges ahead.

During these sessions, our supervisors took part in workshops designed to enhance their performance, encourage teamwork, and reinforce the values that drive us as an organization.

We are preparing to kick off a new grape pruning and blueberry harvesting season, fully convinced that with one aligned and motivated team, we will achieve extraordinary results and produce the best fruit in the world.
