We celebrate Friendship Day as a Family

At AgroMIGIVA, we believe that friendship is the bond that strengthens our teamwork and creates an environment of trust and closeness. That’s why, this past February 14th, we came together to celebrate Friendship Day at each of our locations: Ica, Pisco, and Northern Peru, sharing moments filled with joy and gratitude.

Throughout the day, we organized special activities for all our team members, recognizing the value of friendship that thrives in every area and field. There were opportunities to connect, team-building games, and activities that strengthened the bonds between colleagues. We also gave out meaningful tokens to remind everyone of the importance of working in an environment where trust, respect, and camaraderie are part of who we are.

These celebrations are a reflection of our culture because, at AgroMIGIVA, we don’t just work together—we build relationships that go beyond the workplace, creating a space where every team member feels part of one big family.
