Leadership School: Empowering the Talent Driving Our Growth

At AgroMIGIVA, we hosted a new edition of our Leadership School in Jayanca, a training and learning forum that brought together our Industrial, People, and Projects teams, alongside our colleagues from Newterra.

Throughout the session, participants engaged in team-building activities and training workshops focused on strengthening their leadership skills, fostering collaboration, and developing the competencies needed to tackle day-to-day challenges.
