At Fundo Zoe, in Jayanca, we shared a special day with the families of our team members during a new edition of Familia AgroMIGIVA—a space that allows us to open the doors of our fields and share, up close, how we work every day.
Throughout the day, families toured the farm and experienced the harvest firsthand, getting to know the processes that make it possible to produce the world’s finest fruit. Guided by our teams, they were able to understand each stage of the work in the field and the passion that drives everything we do.
In addition, both adults and children enjoyed activities and moments of togetherness that strengthened family bonds and reinforced a sense of belonging. It was a close, meaningful gathering—designed to share, connect, and highlight the people who are part of this journey.
These kinds of spaces strengthen our relationship with our families and connect them to the purpose that gives meaning to our work: producing the world’s finest fruit.
