We continue to train our 360° Supervisors!

At AgroMIGIVA we are committed to the growth of our people. For this reason, we reinforce the knowledge and skills of each of our collaborators, through our 360° supervisor school.

In a firm commitment to the growth and development of our team, we carried out our first training aimed at 22 packing supervisors from the California farm, located in Pisco. During four days, the participants had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and strengthen skills for their performance as leaders.

The program focused on various topics, such as effective leadership, teamwork, quality assurance in all processes, and other crucial aspects for the optimal process of our products.

The training was carried out in an ideal learning environment, encouraging active participation and the exchange of experiences among supervisors. The objective was to empower these leaders so that they can successfully lead their work teams, ensuring the production of the highest quality fruit and complying with the highest standards.

In this regard, one of the participants commented: “This training has given us very useful tools to improve our work as supervisors. We learned how to motivate our team and maintain high levels of efficiency in packing. We are excited to apply what we have learned and continue! growing up together!”
